Bryan, did you know that they're bringing back the Brak show, at least according to the commercial I saw on adult swim a few weeks ago.

I can't wait for volume 2 of this, and of course volume 3.

Have they released an episode list for Vol 2 yet. If so, does someone have a link to it (and also Sealab 2021 Vol 1 if available).

According to DVD Planet.com here are the episodes for ATHF:

Disc #1 - Mail-Order Bride; Super Birthday Snake; Super Bowl; Super Hero; Supermodel; Super Spore; Super Squatter; Universal Remonster.

Disc #2 - Supercomputer; Super Sir Loin; Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past from the Future; Super Trivia; Meat Zone; plus Enhanced Content.

I couldn't find a full list of the Sealab episodes, but I did see the Stimutac episode is on there, and that is one of my favorites...

I'm pretty sure that Brak Show ad you saw was advertising the repeats they've been airing on Sundays for the past few weeks, not any new episodes. (Was it the one with Brak in a junkyard?)
