The local Wal-Mart has both the single-disc release and the 2-disc limited edition DVD for sale. Planning on picking up the 2-disc set. I really liked Akira, Metropolis, the Animatrix, and the MTV Spider-Man series, so this should be a really cool film to see.

Could someone help explain the ending? I was totally fine until the whole part with the password. I really have no idea what happened there, and the conversation at the end made me even more confused.

I'm guessing that they are saying that fate intervened on the side of humanity. That's the best I could come up with.


Pretty good movie overall. Still feels like an overly long VG cutscene, and they couldn't get facial expressions right. Also, I felt like there was more information out there than what the movie provided. But, the action is really good.
