It's not as good a sale as the CompUSA one, but right now you can snag the Apex AD 3201 for $79.99 (normally goes for $119.99) at Sears through the 24th. I bought it for its "enhanced features", which take a total of 4 keystrokes to get to. Finally the Region 2 Ninth Configuration SE will be mine! Not to mention Timecop and Sudden Death in their OARs. GLO-RAY!

Ok, what are the "enhanced features" and what are the keystrokes?!?! I have one of the old Apex machines, is it the same enhanced features as that? thanks, Wayne.

Just do a search on Google with your model number, and you will likely find your answers. Some Apex models have these "features", and some don't.

As Nick has pointed out, please do a google search, further discussion of the "enhanced" capabilities of this DVD player will be deleted from this thread. Thanks for your cooperation.

If you go to www.vcdhelp.com there is a search engine that can show you DVD players by features. Also..you can look up individual players as well This is handy not only for finding special "features" but to also check compatibility with SVCD/XSVCD/Mini-DVD/etc.

    Huh?

Whats wrong with "enhanced" capabilities on some DVD players? I assume it means macrovision. Strange.

It can also mean region free, and PAL-to-NTSC conversion.
