I need to play Counter-Strike again!! I used Juno for about 2 months but got rid of everything with the Beware of Dog program. It kept it "anti-idle" (free ISPs keep an eye on if you idle and waste bandwith or not) and bannerless, basically just showed the computer connected to another computer in the taskbar. Then, one day, it just doesn't connect. Even if I uninstall and try to create a new account, it connects to set up the email account but it reads "Cannot connect to Juno's central computers." WHY?!?!
I need CS. My genius friend told me to uninstall AOL and reinstall Juno to get rid of AOL's cheap adapter crap but that was unsuccessful. If no one knows how to solve this (unless altogether, Juno "hacked" me!!!) then does anyone know another good ISP to exploit?
Pings from AOL lick the biggest grundle.. 1000+!! Atleast with Juno I range on T3 servers a peak of 175 and atleast 235.
Thanks

uninstall AOL and reinstall Juno
For your AOL uninstall, did you just go through Add/Remove Programs and nothing else? If so, AOL leaves a lot of crap behind that the Add/Remove uninstall does not take care of. Try this link for instructions on clearing AOL's remnants. After that, try reinstalling Juno & see how it goes. HTH
