Apparently we have a blown car amp in our house, we were having a garage sale and a stumbled across it, my brother said the amp was blown, or burned out, is there anyway to repair or fix something like this, or is it just junk to be trashed?

    thanks

Probably yes. You could always bring it in for a free estimate but a lot of times the costs exceed the unit's worth. You could always open it up to see if there's anything obvious like a fuse, however if you see darkened circuit boards and capacitor's that've spilled their guts it's history...As Steven King in Pet Cemetary said...'sometimes...dead is bettah' [IMG]
