their site is .. anyway, the pictures look good, so I'm wondering about quality and stuff like that. Are they sturdy? They kind of look like they might be flimsy but it's kind of hard to tell. They seem rather expensive and even though I could afford it if I stretch my budget a bit, would it be worth it or am I better off (in cost and quality) going with the generic wood shelves? What I am interested in the most are their wall-hanging CD and DVD shelves.

    Hi Tim,
I recently purchased from Boltz their tv rack and component
stand that they have on sale. The main reason I choose them
was due to the industrialish look they have(and free
shipping helped too!) Construction is good, although there
were about 3 little scrapes on the metal shelves that needed
a black marker to cover up the metal beneath. My audio rack
is pretty sturdy, though there is a small amount of
rotational flex to it, maybe a 1/4" or so.
The rack may just need more tightening(there about 40 bolts holding it together.)
Unfortunately, I have not had a chance to look at
their cd racks [IMG] , so I can't comment on them.
But I am pleased with my tv and audio rack.
I will admitt it was more than I wanted
to spend, but they were the neatest looking I could find.
And the black finish goes with my Panny 27"Tau.
    Hope this helps somewhat.
If you do get some cd racks, I would love to hear
about them, as I need some more storage.

I have a Boltz DVD Rack that stands about 6 feet tall and IMHO it is of excellent quality. Assembly is easy but time consuming because of all the boltz [IMG] integrated into the product.

Ditto on the dvd racks. Excellent value in my opinion. They also included some spare nuts/bolts in my package so if you happen to lose a couple you're still in good shape.
My assembly went pretty fast, maybe 20 minutes or so (much shorter than the time it took to organize all those dvds on the rack once complete [IMG] ).
