Anyone seen DETONATOR w/ Pierce Brosnan? (1 Viewer)

I saw this at Best Buy and considered picking it up as a blind purchase but thought I'd check here first...

The packaging makes it look quite good (plus I love Alistair Maclean) but I can't find anyone who's actually seen it.

How bad can a movie with Pierce Brosnan, Patrick Stewart and Christopher Lee be, right? Anyone?

Ken, I've seen it about 7-8 years ago (on VHS, obviously) and by my recollection it was just OK. Not bad, but not great either and it didn't leave a lasting impression. Of course, I just like Alistair MacLean, I wouldn't say I love him, so YMMV.

Oh I remember seeing this. I rented it on VHS a few years back because it had PS in it and was really surprised how good it was for being a movie that came in under the radar.
