I do, at Best Buy....I wanted to pick it up, but I didn't even have a DVD player yet! Was this a mistake, or were my eyes deceiving me?

The only Jacky Brown DVD I ever saw on a shelf was a region 2 DVD in Europe. There are persistent rumors that Region 1 DVD is in the works.

Chuck, your eyes were deceiving you, Jackie Brown has not ever been released in region 1. There have been rumors on The Digital Bits that we could see it released next year as a special edition, but no concrete news yet.
I'm anxiously awaiting this fine Tarantino movie.

As for the bad rap about the characters--hey, I've seen space operas that put their emphasis on human personalities and relationships. They're called "Star Trek" movies. Give me transparent underwater cities and vast hollow senatorial spheres any day. --Roger Ebert on The Phantom Menace

DIVX is dead and expired AFAIK. Expired last June if I remember correctly.
