No offense, but with the time you spent to post this (and other posts just like it) in TWO different forums, you could have easily searched out this answer at a number of Internet DVD e-tailers.
Yes, it's on DVD, presented in the wrong full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1.
Here's some ideas for you.
If you want to know if a DVD is available, go to dvdpricesearch.com and search for it. If it exists it should be listed there, along with links to retailers, which should contain additional information.
Try the IMDB which should also have information on the DVD (if it exists).
It is one of my collection, which numbers in the hundreds. It is one of the ten worst in terms of audio and video. Not worth it unless you don't have it on video and absolutely need it.
ANY on line retailer, and B&M retailer will have the full specs.
You fellas need to calm down, especially since one purpose of this forum is to ask about titles. I am at work and didn't have time to search like you sitting around home.
Next youll be drawn and quartered....Beware the Lynch mob! j/k...
I didnt realize these things were such a big deal heh!
It's cool to suggest a better method or place, to search for the info a poster is looking for. But I really don't understand the reason for coming down so hard on the guy. That too for asking a question, which I feel is quite legetimate and is a question that many have asked before on this forum.
Above all if you don't care for such posts, just ignore them.

Damn...and I thought this thread was dead. Good job.
I would like to add that the current release of Kindergarten Cop is - at very best - a piece of garbage. It's not displayed in OAR and is of poor quality with no appreciable extras.
I really wish Universal would start re-releasing some of their past, horrible transfer/quality releases (Scarface and Sea of Love immediately come to mind).

I agree. I own this movie, and it seems as though you're watching the VHS version. Not only is it P&S, but it's one of the worst looking DVDs that I own. Get Junior instead, it's enhanced for 16x9 with DD5.1 and has the same actors/actresses. I got it in 1999...the year when REEL.com was almost giving DVDs away.
This is a cool film and I would buy it if it was OAR, but it isn't, so I won't until it is properly released!!
However I do own it on VHS and I like the film. Arnold is funny in this one.
