Anyone know how to make a mirror? (1 Viewer)

I was thinking about diy mirrors. I was looking into getting a piece of glass, stenciling some picture or logo on there (DTS, DD, my favorite beer, etc...) and then "silvering" it or having someone silver it for me.

Anyone ever try this?

Probably be easier to have a glass shop etch a mirror for you......

Easiest thing to do would be to pick up a piece of glass, in whatever size you want. Then use a sandblaster to take off the mirror finish and leave a frosted glass look in it's place. If you want the letters frosted, then mask the whole mirror except for the letters, and vice versa. Makes a really neat effect.
