I am shopping for a mid-to-high end pre/pro and was curious if anyone here has tried/tested Lexicon's new MC-12 (balanced or unbalanced). I realize it is $$$, but it does appear to be designed for upgradability having the potential for 12 channels.

    Anyone?

I believe Tom Vodhanel of SVS Subwoofers fame has an MC-12. He's mentioned something about it before over in the Subwoofers section of the forum. Do a search for "Lexicon" there and you'll probably find the thread.

You could also head over to SMR Forums and visit the Lexicon forum. You'll get a chance to hear and be heard from many Lex owners.
You're right - it's beaucoup bucks, but it looks really sweet!

You can't do any better than the MC-12. It is the best in the market.

I have one and wouldn't hestate to recommend it as long as price is not a consideration. It does it all and does it well.

    Best regards-Henry
