In our company it seems to be used mostly by the IT guys (which I am not).

everyone i work with has at least one, but i do work for Nextel. [IMG]
damn near everyone i know has a Nextel phone. i do, the wife, our kids, my in-laws, my mom, my friends.
the SMS is handy. if they have Wireless Web on the target phone, you can send them canned responses they can reply with. also, you can use Two Way Messaging to send email to other phones or any email account FROM the phone.
you can tell if the target phone is web enabled when you send them a message from nextel.com, it has an * next to the number from the send page and has fields to put in a "reply to" email address or nextel phone # and has spaces for replies.
there is also a way to include canned replies in the body of an email text, but i can't remember how, i'll find it and post here later.
