I found this dvd player (Yamaha DVC6480 5 Disc Progressive w/DVD-A) at Onecall.com. I can't find it anywhere on Yamaha's website, but the person at Onecall said it's brand new. I can't even find anything about it on the 'net. Has anyone ever heard of it or seen any info on it?
    Thanks
    Steve

I hadn't until you mentioned it. It looks to be a pretty good player in my opinion. I would wonder if has 192-kHz/24-bit D/A converters on all channels or just the front/main left and right channels.

If I was in the market again for a 5-disc changer I would buy it because of: its video features; Yamaha name (haven't used them before) and there are no other changers I like in its price range.

Wesley, i've heard that Yamaha uses rebadged Panasonic players for there DVD players. It sounds like this unit could be the same as the Panny RP72 which will be out sometime this year, and will also sell for alot less that the Yammi will.
