There's another manufacturer who has a portable 3" CD/MP3 player in stores now. Problem is, the player is rather bulky (relative to the disc), making well-miniaturized MD recorders or 5" CD players a more attractive choice.

One nice thing about a 3" CD-R is that it is large enough to hold a bunch of photos, and small enough to fit inside just about any greeting card envelope.
