Anyone heard of Dahlquist Subs? (1 Viewer)

Just like the question, has anyone ever heard of them, I'm looking for a subwoofer and have seen the Dahlquist PDQ1200 400 Watt Peak Power for a decent price, but i've never heard of them, its a 12 inch woofer, does anyone have any info.

Also, would this be too much for an apartment, i only have to worry about people below me, I live on the top floor on the corner.
