I have a Panasonic RV-31 and everytime I watch either disc of the 10 Commandments my player locks up. To make matters worse, after I turn it off it won't even eject my disc until I leave the power off for about 30 minutes to an hour. This is the only disc that I've found that does this. And it isn't a fluke thing. It always locks up after watching it for about 10 minutes no matter which scene I start from.

I have some minor disagreements with a few of the commandments, but I wouldn't call them problems.

Sorry, but with a header like that, I just couldn't resist. [IMG]

The only issue I have found is that it is improperly flagged, like 'Titanic'

No lock ups at all though on my copy. Lock my player in film mode and everything is fine.

Thanks for the replies. I forgot to mention that it works just fine with my Toshiba DVD-ROM and PowerDVD 4.0.

    *EDIT*
I posted this last night after trying it again and it locked up. However, this morning when I tried ejecting it, it still wouldn't spit the disc out.

I have a lockup problem! I just tried to watch disc 2 and when I start it, my Toshiba player locks up and NONE of the buttons work. It won't even power off. That is wierd to say the least. I have to unplug the player, then eject the disc. Disc 1 plays fine. Does any one have a clue? When I try to play disc 2, the player readout says M-6. I can select Special Features, and they play. If I select Play the feature, or go to Scene Selection, and Play, the readout immediately says M-6 and this is instantaneous, there's no sound of the disc even turning!
    What gives??

    Hank,

I have a Toshiba 4750 in my main setup and disc 2 locks but on my kids setup Toshiba 1600 it plays fine... not sure what the problem is but I watched the first half of the movie on my Pioneer 53" and the second on the 27".... kind of a letdown to say the least.
