We have a discontinued boston pv-400 at my work. Its a 7" with a 65 watt amp. I may bring it out on the floor to listen to it. But for $100 do you think this is even worth it? I have a 250 Sq ft room with a big opening to an adjecent 100 sq ft room. I also have vaulted ceilings. Now the bass that my main boston VR-950's give off is adequete for me, I just like the sound of a seperate sub. Do you think this would fit my bill, or should I still wait and get an SVS?

I have a Boston CR400 sub. 75 watts and 8 inch.

I have had it for 6 years and it performs REALLY well for a 75 watt, 8 inch sub.

Having said that, Im thinking about getting an SVS. There is no way to compare a 60 watt 8 inch versus a 300-900 watt 12 inch...

I would DEFINITELY give it a listen.
