I'm still waiting over here. Ordered it Oct. 8 and haven't received an email or my credit card billed yet.

If you want a comparison I ordered from ebgames.com on 11/9. Using Fed Ex tracking my Xbox is sitting in E. Boston, MA and scheduled to arrive in Londonderry, NH on 11/20.
