hi all -

i've got the following speakers for my fronts:

mains : polk rt-7

center: polk cs275

but i'm using some pinnacle speakers for my rear. i think i'd like to keep my front set and buy some matching speakers for the rears, but i'm not real familiar with the current polk line.

can anyone recommend a good set of rears to compliment my fronts?

thanks,

ted

hey john! not really sure...bright shiny ones? :)
umm...i'll try to pull some specs if i can, but tbh, i have no clue.
i suppose if they're similar to the current line (i bought these approx 5 years ago) then i'd be cool, but i don't know anything about their current models.

It looks like they have a similar or the same trilaminate tweeter as the recent RTi line, but may not be compatible with the new LSi line. I would prefer to go no less than the RT35i or RT55i, but since they are just surrounds, the RT25i will probably do fine also. All should be on close out as they have recently been discontinued.

*edit - added RT25

trilaminate - that sounds familiar. i think you're right on the money. i'm gonna go home and check out my tweeter...(how often can you say that in public) :)
i'll do some searching for the rt35's.
thanks john! :emoji_thumbsup:
