Not sure if its the german in me but I can't get enough of this stuff! I usually have it on rye bread but since I ran out I'm having it on crackers. Here's a list of the ingrediants: Pork, Pork Liver, water, salt & spices, Dextrose, glucose, honey, onion, sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrate. I'm not a pork fan and certainly don't care for liver so what gives? Perhaps its the fat content that makes it so delicious, it says here 13.9 grams per 30 grams (2 TBSP). Who needs a BigMac when you have something as good as this kicking around the refridgerator.
