I'm referring to Patak's Indian curry pastes and sauces, as seen at www.pataks.ca. The curry pastes have become pretty much a daily part of my cooking, turning otherwise bland rice dishes into flavorful meals. I have yet to find their Tika pastes, but regularly use Biryani, Tandoori, Masala, Vindaloo and their hot curry.
Does anyone else like this stuff, and if so, what are you paying for it, and what are you cooking?
