Anyone else having problems re-ordering their Queue in Blockbuster online?

    This just started happening:

    I attempt to re-order my queue, and when I do, it completely empties my queue; I'm then told to add titles because my queue is empty.

    When I close my browser (Firefox) and then re-open it, my original (non re-ordered) queue appears.

    I've made no changes to my browser settings lately.

    I've contacted support but have not yet heard back.

    Any thoughts?

    I just gave mine a test...deleted one movie and added another. I didn't have any problems. IE7 Beta2

    See, now i'm paranoid, I have over 160 dvd's in my queue and this thread has made me afraid to touch it. [​IMG]

    I tell you what, if I do add or change my queue and it wipes it out, i'm done, i'll be damned if i'm relisting all that again. [​IMG]

    Update:

    I received a response from Blockbuster that says they are aware of the problem and are looking into it.

    I have around 100 titles in my queue; I copied and pasted the list into Word, just in case.
