Anyone else have problems after the layer change on Thirteen Ghosts (1 Viewer)

I was just watching 13 Ghosts and when the layer change came the disc froze up, I restarted the disc and went to the chapter menu but when I try to go to any of the chapters on the second layer and it just locks up, has this happened to anyone else?
I have almost 400 DVD's and this is the first time this has happened to me.

No problems here. You may want to exchange your disk.
