Anymore group buys of a Kit281's around? (1 Viewer)

I just recently found that after purchasing the amp from PE that I have turned out with less money than I had anticipated.

I REALLY need to upgrade my speakers in my HT. I dont nessessarily need to upgrade them all, just the front three for now. Surrounds later.

Im just writing this because I remember seeing a group buy for this particular kit less than a month ago. I WANT IN! :p)

Anyone know of any?

Its too late, the last Kit281 group buy just ended at
http://www.hometheatertalk.com in the DIY section.
Now the Kit281s are around $185 per speaker.
$185 ea is still a good deal

Oh, Im not saying that the 281s are expensive. Definitly not! I just was hoping to get them even cheaper.

Drats, I missed it. Oh well. Time to start saving up again.

I'm not sure how often the group buys happen.

I bought 3 Kit 281's for $150 each and 2 Kit 81's for 125 each during a recent group buy.

If you click on the Adire banner at the top of the forum page you'd see something about getting 5% off drivers. I don't know if they also do it on kits, but it might be worth asking.
