It came with my computer, but I've noticed a few annoyances:

1) Features to change audio / subtitle tracks by right-clicking only appear in fullscreen mode; they are completely absent from windowed mode.

2) Even in fullscreen mode, when right-clicking, Cineplayer says that the disk has no subtitle tracks, even though they are present (and I can enable them though the menus).

3) When the controls pop up or go away during fullscreen mode, the image shakes briefly. It's distracting.

I tried visiting its webpage, but was unable to get into contact with anyone via the page.

Dude you got a Dell? ;)

I would instead recommend Cyberlink PowerDVD or InterVideo WinDVD.
