Anybody recommend a good VideoCapture program? (1 Viewer)

I just got a Dazzle DV80 USB video capture device, and i need some software for it! The MGI program that came with it is not compatible with my 800x600 resolution on my notebook...

Right now im using a freeware called CAPTURE STUDIO PROFESSIONAL... For the price, its great, but its kinda limited in features... can anybody recommend a good program that records to various formats, and has good video compression? Coz like a 1 min is already 100MB AVI file!

Nick, what exactly are you trying to do with the video once it's on your hard drive? Give me as much info as possible

Just as video archives, instead of recording it to tape, record it to CD...
I found WinVCR, its wokring okay so far...
