anybody know the number for Universal Canada customer service? (1 Viewer)

I picked up Sneakers a few weeks back and when I got it home, I noticed that there was a big rip on the upper right hand corner so I sent a letter to Universal the next day asking for a CS number and they still haven't replied and I want a new cover for it ASAP. Anybody know the number the the Canadian division?
or should I just call the US number?

Actually, you should return it to the retailer who sold it to you. They can give you a new one.

Well that sucks. The thing is that they should return it to Universal as damaged goods and they can order a replacement for you. I know that'll take a few days or whatever (depends on where you live), which is not good.

But it's kind of like this: if you bought a pair of jeans that didn't fit, would you take them back to the store or would you call Levis? It's the same kind of thing.
