Anybody Know How To Use High-Speed Dubbing? (1 Viewer)

I bought the Pioneer DVR-520H and am trying to figure out how to get it to high speed dub. Page 58 of the instrux says it can perform "high-speed copying" but I don't see where it says how to do so. Any help? Thanks.

Dave,

Put the content which you want to high-speed copy into the Copy List. (Check the little bar to make sure it does not exceed the disc capacity). As long as you do not do a bitrate change, the content will automatically high speed dub. (2 hours of content should be burned to a 4X DVD-R in about 12 - 15 minutes).
