Suddenly, my controller port(s) is no longer function. The games load up and everything, but I can't do anything with them since the controllers aren't functioning. I tried 4 different controllers in port 1 and none of them did anything, the VMU doesn't activate.
Sega wants $55 to mail it in for repairs, saying that this is a common problem if you use any 3rd party controllers or have ever unplugged or plugged in a controller while the unit is on.
Any suggestions?
