I'm curious if there are any opinions out there about this release! Bummer it isn't a hybrid, but multichannel should still be pretty cool.

I just picked it up this evening and it's awesome! The center channel is utitlised too! The vocals are spread across the front three channels and the surround channels are quite aggressive. In the OVERTURE, the muted trumpet starts out in the center channel all by itself until the last note, which spreads out through all of the channels right before the Announcer comes in with, "...a 5,6,7,8". Bass is tight and very strong.

If you're a fan, this disc is a must have! I only wish it had the film version of "Roxie" (the album version is just too short!). They should've added the film versions and dropped the pop songs.

    Cheers!
