    What price did you get?
I'm exchanging the 595 for the 696 and want to make sure I don't get ripped off.
    Thanks,
    Greg
Also, what did you get the 3802 for? Would you recommend that over the 696?

I had inquired with with J&R just prior to the 696 release and was quoted $649.00 over the phone. I did not negotiate further as I did not want to pre-order until I could do more price comparing. I ended up just getting it recently for $550 right before Circuit City corrected their website.
    Hope that helps,
    Rod

Thanks Rod. That's what they quoted me.
Did anyone, who ordered from J&R, do any better?

    I got the 696 from J&R and I paid $650, plus $25 for shipping.
