Just wondering if Sci-Fi has given this series a knod or not?

Sci-Fi hasn't directly said that they aren't picking it up but it isn't going to happen.

    Yeah, it's gone.[IMG]
The Sci-Fi Channel is moving away from space-based shows as a focus, and they already have Farscape as an original space show. They're going to try to broaden their appeal. I believe they have already announced the shows they're planning, and Rangers ain't one of 'em.
The ratings didn't help- they wanted it to be one of their biggest draws, but because of the change in schedule for the football season, it ended up being in direct competition against the Patriots-Raiders game, which was one of the greatest games in the history of the NFL.
Heck, I'm a hardcore B5 fan, and even I chose to watch the game.

I am not a huge Babylon 5 fan but I'd rather see a Sci-Fi channel Babylon series than the Battlestar Galactica travesty they want to do!

Everything I've seen points to a no go on this series as well. However, if you've seen JMS' Jeremiah, you might well be happy he isn't going to get the chance to go back to the well on this one. Also, since he's commited to Jeremiah, Spider-man, and various other comic books for the next while, he'll be spread pretty thin.
