We used to get Phil Henry here on 950am but he's been replaced by Larry Elder. I kinda miss some of Phil's characters, My favorite was that jerk Ted Bell. Anybody else enjoy his show?

Some of the people on the show i just wanna call up and swear the heck out of them.. or just kick some sense up their stupid arses...

There were alot that pissed me off, cant remember any but the one where the woman who wanted to go around and cut off electricity to neighbors with their Xmas lights still up

I've been a Hendrie fan since he was broadcasting locally out of Miami in 1994.

As good as he is now, he's nowhere NEAR as brilliant as he was back then. Complete theater of the mind/theater of the absurd.

Hendrie is one of the main reasons I have XM radio. Listen to him every day driving home from work as he is on at 5 PM my time (mountain).

My first 2 presets were for Coast to Coast AM and then Phil Hendrie.

Nick, you do realize the people are fake don't you? I love listening to Phil when I work night shift (comes on 9-11 here). The guy has amazing vocal talent. I'd love to see his live stage show.

I don't listen religiously but what I've heard I loved.

R.C. Collins and his saga to get involved with Star Wars was a great thread of shows.

    "George Luke-Ass!" Lol!

Nick, the people that he "interviews" are fake, it's just him doing the voice. The callers that Mark were talking about are the ones like you and I who call in to the show to give them piece of their mind. I fell for it too the first time I listened [IMG]. They had Bobby and her husband (the home owners association people) talking about how they cut off this old ladies power because she had her A/C running after midnight and that disturbed Bobby's husband so much he couldn't "perform in bed", and then the old lady died of heat stroke. I was sure there would be something in the news about it the next day [IMG]. It wasn't until recently that I found out that he does all the voices himself.

Listen closely and you'll hear that all of his characters sound alike.
I was amazed the very first time I heard his show. It was the episode about some keystone cop organization was going to strip "inappropriate" haloween costumes off any children they might see out trick or treating. "A face full of Chevy Suburban door."

Another was the guy that was unable to get it up because he saw a woman laying brick.

    He's funny has hell.
