Any new megachanger announcements, that you know of?? (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a Megachanger (the 11 month old is starting to discover the CDs..... and was looking at what is currently out there.

If I am going to get one, I would really like one that does SACD and I don't really care about DVD as I have a seperate one for that.

Have any of you heard any announcements on any new products coming out soon? Anyone have any recommendations? Also, these products are pretty deep. Are they really 21" deep?

I don't know of any new CD megachangers on the horizon, so I can't help you there. I do, however, know that no current megachanger can playback SACDs, and I'd guess that it will be a few years until there's one that does. Kenwood does have two DVD megachangers that playback DVD-audio as well as DVD-Video and CD audio, if that fits your needs. And yes, the megachangers are as large as a decent reciever, out of necessity. Measure your component rack carefully
