No; there isn't a Netflix in Canada. They briefly considered it, and didn't proceed.

Now, Walmart is starting in; perhaps they will carry the service into Canada.

I use Hollyweb DVD. It's pretty good.
If they send you a DVD on Monday, it usually arrives on Friday.
I've found about 1 in 10 are in unplayable condition.
