Any M&K to SVS converts? (1 Viewer)

Um, how loud are you guys playing your movies or do you have really large rooms? I haven't come close to overdriving my M&K MX-105 and it goes deep and clean (I can't audition an SVS as freight to/from Australia makes the trial offer useless:frowning: ).

&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Most commercial subs have bass limiter circuitry which prevents the sub's driver from bottoming. This also limits performance. You won't know you've reached your sub's performance limit because their are no audible clues (driver bottoming, etc.). SVS, Aerial, and possibly a few other commercial manufacturers sell subs that don't have this circuitry (not sure about M&K). I used to think my Paradigm Servo-15 would play low frequencies at high SPL until I built a Stryke HE15 based design and heard the (significant) difference...
