I don't know where to find one in your area but here in Boston we have a store called "You Do It Electronics" that sells many kinds of electronic parts.

But more importantly, the resistance as low as 50 ohms suggests a high current application such as a speaker system tweeter control. You need to know how many watts the pot. needs to handle.
