Any hope for Bloodsport on DVD soon?

    Who owns the rights to Bloodsport?

    It was a Carolco/Canon title and MGM bought their library when they went bankrupt and Warner Brothers bought a chunk of the MGM library so it's either at MGM or Warner Bros.

    fyi: in my searching for this title (as Im very interested in a DVD of this also) I found that a R2 version does exist.

    Bumping this thread back up...Bloodsport was a GREAT cheese flick, especially during my formative years. I've probably seen it over a dozen times.

    My German is bad, but that link implies that the R2 release is anamorphic, with an anamorphic trailer. Damn! Looks like I may have to scout out an Apex player.
