Well, subject says it all. I really need a multi-disc CD player because I'm sick of changing CDs all the time. Right now I'm using my Panny RV31 as a cd player.

    Thanks in advance!

take a look and see if there are any Marnatz dealers around. Marantz offers several models around that price point and they have some of the best carosels available. You might also be able to find a Denon 370 used for that price as well if you look online etc

Jeffrey, for carousel changers, take a look at the Marantz CC3000 and Denon DCM-270. The Denon '370 is a quality changer, but sells for $250-300 new. If you can stretch your budget, look at the '370, or maybe you can find a used one for less as Andrew suggested.

If you really don't want to have to get up to change discs, take a look at a megachanger. I just got a flier in the mail today from J&R Music World (1-800-221-8180) advertising the Sony CDP-CX400 400-disc megachanger for $229. J&R is an authorized dealer. For under $200, consider the Technics SL-MC4 60+1 changer ($130-150) and the SL-MC7 110+1 changer ($150-180). I haven't used the Technics changers, but they look solid, and I've read good things about them.

Jeffrey, one thing I just remembered. Someone (not me) is selling a brand new Marantz CC4000OSE carousel changer on eBay for only $250 with the "Buy It Now" option. The standard street price for the CC4000OSE is $400. The CC4000OSE is Marantz's best carsousel CD changer, so if you can stretch your budget to $250, the CC4000OSE may be the way to go (or the Denon DCM-370). The Marantz changers have the best carousel mechamism I have ever seen -- very smooth, fast, and quiet. Here is the eBay link:

Best of luck in your search.
