Anyone know any websites that have been "officially" doctored for April Fool's? I thought last year's monochromatic Star Wars site was a classic.

Our official Intranet site was doctored at work: our CEO was shown posing with the Gateway cow, and the story discussed how the cow had been made a vice-president of our corporation. Her specialty was for non-human marketing operations....

theForce.net has been doctored. It is playing with the N'Sync rumor that was flying around last month.

Not doctored, but google.com has a cute explanation behind their technology. Go to their front page and follow the link [IMG]

Ebay was also changed so that the headers on each page are reversed.

Not "good" in my book, but it got me... I hate my job with the intensity of 1000 flames, and my fiance and I are doing every thing we can to get me out. She works at a company where it is very common to go work out in the field for a year or two and then come back the corporate headquarters. She called me today at work and told me she had been transferred. I was so crushed when I found out it wasnt true. [IMG]

WFNX (FM 101.7) in Boston ran stories all day long that James "Whitey" Bulger had been arrested earlier in the morning. For those who don't know, he's #2 on the FBIs most wanted list behind bin Laden (he's a gangster from South Boston). Well, since I live in South Boston, I listened eagerly. About 2 minutes into the broadcast, I kind of suspected that it was a hoax. The station went as far as to play a "mock" Press Conference with Jane Swift (the governer) and a whole bunch of FBI agents.
Well, turns out that there were alot of people didn't find it funny, and now they are pissed.
