I'm looking for a DIY cable guy for a project. I have a 1m interconnect with RCA ends that I want made into 2 or 3 shorter interconnect cables with RCA ends. Please contact me if this is something you can do. I want the final cables to look professional and not a DIY project.

    Thanks

    Al,
I make most of my own cables for my home theater and I do plenty of soldering at work as well since I work for an large scale A/V production house. Vince Maskeeper is a good cable guy as well. However, what you have sounds like a simple job. Rather than incur the cost of shipping these to one of us, just take the cable to one of the dozens of HT shops in Chicago and they should be able to do that for you in about 15 minutes, and for about $20.
