Just wanted some thoughts on these two speakers.
    Thanks.

The Paradigm Active 40 and 20 are in a completely different league from the M&K.
If you like music, the Paradigms are FAR and away the superior speakers.

I've read great reviews on both in different publications - the best suggestion I have is to try and audition them at home and see what you like best. I would guess that the Paradigms will have a pretty steep advantage compared to the M&Ks.

    Stupid question (and a sidetrack):
Anyone out there have Active 20's or 40's? How do you like them?
I have been intrigued by these speakers for years. (I remember the Auricle article Corey Greenberg did on the 20's a while back in Audio. He really liked them!)
But man, I don't want to give up my power amps!
