Well I was watching apocalypse now redux on saturday night, and it came to that scene where sheen is deciding it is time to kill Col Kurtz. He face is fully covered with war paint then he slowly comes up out of the water and leaves just his head exposed. The lighting and coloring of that scene are just amazing and I thought it would look great as a large poster (OAR only) on the wall of my hometheater.
How would I go about getting something like this?

Try S&P Parkers Movie Market in LA and Movie Star News in NYC-they have tens of thousands of photos and can blow a pic up to any size you want, including poster size.
I have 16x20's on my walls of Bruce Lee,Jennifer Connelly,Darth Vader, Dorothy Stratten,Gary Oldman/Dracula and more - they look great. And all came from those 2 places.

Hey Jon; could you pass along the address for Movie Star News? I can't remember where I should turn off of 6th Avenue to get to it.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just found it on their website. I didn't know they had one!
Thanks!

If I could find the actual photo of that scene I could get it blown up here in Canada. Does this company have a website Jonz?
What kind of material are your 16'x20' posters? I hope they are canvas.

Both will send you a free catalog
I found a pic like what you want in one of their catalogs, I scanned it but my webpage is being difficult, Ill try to put it up at work tomorrow.
If you call them you might want to ask for some older catalogs-the recent ones are missing alot of older pics to make room for the newer ones. The ones I have arent in the catalogs anymore.
Even if this pic isnt exactly what your looking for-look through their stuff,.The catolog I got this pic from is 500 pags, and I have about 8 of them. You can spend hours going through this stuff and theres lots of great pic to put around a home theater-They have everything and I do mean everything-movie stills, portraits, tv,cartoons pics, sports all sorts of stuff.
Their prints are on high quality kodak paper.
get back to u tomorrow

That picture seems to be cropped around Sheens face, I was actually look for a pic in the OAR, such as a screen print.
