Any 3D Studio Max Users Here? (1 Viewer)

I have 2.5 and I need to know how to set up a skeleton with a character that is all One Object, in this case, a Sphere. I can't seem to find a tutorial on how to do it completly or properly.

Any help will be appreciated!

Don't know how to use Max, but I do mess around with photoshop and have found this web page to be pretty helpful.
