Anthem AV20- Switching Surrond Modes via Remote (1 Viewer)

Question to those Anthem AV20 2.9 owners. How can you switch the sound mode's via the remote? example. changing from stereo to any other mode without having a menu screen up(monitor). I can't figure this out..do i need to set some macros to move from one setting(stereo) to another setting(all cha stereo). My equipment is in a back room and all operations are via infrared.

Am i missing something? (probably)

Neil,
If you hit the ENTER(MODE) button then you can scroll between the modes. Problem is you can't see your equipment, and there are alot of modes! If you wanted to go to the trouble you could buy a small moniter and run a video cable to it and place the moniter in an out of the way place in your theater. I am not sure but you may have to use a S-Video connection for it. I have considered it myself but I can see my AVM20 and am learning to use the front panel display pretty well now.

I set up macros on my Pronto. Each device has button that puts the TV in the svideo input, and taked the pronto to a page that has the mode adjustment buttons.

On that same page there are buttons that take me back to each source and put the TV back to the right input. All that fits on one page. This has worked so far.

Rumors have it that in 2.10 there might be direct mode input switching. This would be very nice. But for now its just rumors.
