I have an HDTV. Currently I have a cable from the antenna which runs about 75' then I split the signal to go to my HDTV sat reciever and then to a 6way distribution box. The signal on the HDTV is fine however the signal through the 6way isnt as good as I know it could be. My question is should I split the signal at the antenna and mount a seperate cable from the antenna to the 6way and one to the HDTV?

What do you guys and gals think?

Assuming you have an outside antenna, I would recommend an amplifier/pre-amplifier. I currently split to 4 (after the amplifier), and this made a HUGE difference. One of the splits is to HDTV, but not having a tuner, I cannot (yet) tell you of the improvement to HDTV

I do currently have the 6way with a booster however I have heard that you should not put an enhancer on the hdtv side
