Well, I live in Canada, and all I got was a cardboard sheet with the chapter list and the original poster art. No 16 page booklet, looks like this may be widespread. I'll have to contact Anchor Bay immediately!
Honestly, I didn't even notice the print about the booklet on the back

Picked mine up at a certain nationwide discount dept. store chain BEFORE street date for $14.99 and it DID include the 16 page booklet, plus the card.
It was noticeable, too... because it was a little "heavy" for a single-disc keepcase.

Carl, I think we both got it from the same chain!
I went back to that store and lifted each and every copy of the title they had, which was 11 left after I bought my copy. None felt any heavier. So I didn't bother with trying to deal with "exchange" issues.
At least I can assume the book's now on it's way. Can't wait for Sheena

David, I bet it WAS the same chain. And if you were like me you probably felt a wicked sense of delight in knowing that you were purchasing a PG-rated DVD with "nude Tanya Roberts" bonus footage from said chain without them having a clue about it.
