Another what's-this-movie (1 Viewer)

It's a comedy, probably 80's, about three fat guys hired as nurses for some old guy. The old guys son wants him dead, so he hires the fat guys as nurses, since he figures they're so bad at what they do, they'll probably kill him.

Ring any bells? I remember it being funny as hell when I was younger.
