Well, it's another Tuesday, and I thought I'd ask what you all bought or ordered online. I went to Best Buy this morning and bought the following:

    1. The Royal Tenenbaums for $16.99
    2. Men At Work for $9.99
    3. Loaded Weapon for $5.88

    You gotta love Tuesday!

Stopped by Best Buy and picked up "Beat the Devil" with Bogey for $4.99. Jennifer Jones was a hoot, too bad she didn't do more comedy work.

    From Best Buy:
    Royal Tenenbaums - $16.99

    On the way from DDD:
    Innerspace - $14.39

A pretty light week for me. For some reason, I was thinking Amelie was releasing this week so I ended up having to buy less than I thought.

Next week is gonna be brutal:
    Amelie
    Better Off Dead
    Top Secret

    are all must buys.

Plus I'm considering: Black Sheep, Gung Ho, The Big Bus, Storytelling, MASH Season 2, and The Time Machine.

Ok, from this informal poll, I see that a ton of people have bought the Royal Tenenbaums. I want the straight story, how much EE is present on this title? Is it bad? Thanks!

1776 and The Women. Loads of fun even if the estrogen in the latter is a little overwhelming. Got from Amazon.

All I got was The Royal Tenenbaums from BB, 16.99. Next week's going to be an expensive one if I get everything I want to pick up. I have a $15 gift certificate for Amazon, so I'll be getting Red Beard through them. Still contemplating Better Off Dead, Top Secret & Gung Ho--all must buys, just trying to decide when.

Amusingly enough, the cashier at BB asked me if I had seen TRT. I told him no, but that I had heard it was very good. He seemed frustrated, then told me that I was at least the 20th person who had bought it today, and that he'd gotten the same response from everyone else. He said he was interested in seeing it, but wanted the opinion of someone who had actually seen it before shelling out the money for it. I told him that, based on the reviews and the price, I figured it was worth the risk. The next person in line was buying it as well, so he asked him, and got the exact same response. I did make a point of watching it last night, and thought it was fantastic.
