Funny how those (not necessarily in this thread)who constantly stress the importance of listening to a sub to see if it's myoooosical will judge a sub by kicking it.

Just tell them all, that it's hollow to allow AIR in there...and what's a subwoofer's job....to MOVE AIR. So it can do it's job easier and better. lol

Perhaps you've solved the confusion surrounding "musical" subs -- people who use them as drum kits (instead of audio reproduction devices) would naturally want them to be musical!

That was not directed at anyone in this thread. I just couldn't help myself.

Robb... That WAS funny... ... We have been playing woth our new subwoofer design... a lot of work needs to be done, but we are having some fun.

We also ran the PB10-ISD through some tests, and our numbers were within one dB of Ed's measurements... it was pretty cool watching the graphs mimic what Ed already posted.

Nice $429 machine...

We have a new driver due in three weeks... then some testing with it to ensure it meets spec... finishing cabinet design... etc...

Frank, give us about 4 months.
